Debbie and Katelynn were pure professionals and literally went above and beyond to make sure I had the best stay possible. The room was amazingly clean and the hotel staff was always easily accessible and there literally 5 minutes after requesting. I can’t compliment this place enough. Excellent staff service and rooms thank you so much. I was here for a funeral and was literally able to be at peace thanks again

I really like living here be cause your allowed to have your pets with you also it's very private nobody bothers you or be nosy an things. Also it has a full size refrigerator a microwave and a two burner stove. The employees are all very polite,very nice, and help you with whatever they can. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms very cozy for the price. Janitor was very helpful & kind; so was the maintenance man . I loved Miss Debbie & the general manager who I believe is Katie, was also very helpful and kind. The front desk people were very kind even when I was frustrated. A few things can be updated (the phones did not work at all, some of the televisions had very hard times, and for some reason the luggage carts were always broken..), but It's a very convenient place for those who are having hard times or a hard time finding a permanent place to live. I believe that they should hire a few people to go do room checks or assist the guests when called, so that the front desk agents can actually stay at the front desk. We sometimes stood there for 10 minutes or more waiting for someone to come back to the front desk. But it's quiet and all of the other guests that I met were very friendly. One person was even nice enough to help me get my groceries on to the elevator and in my room, although they lived on a different floor. It waa quiet, comfortable and I was very content with my room. They were very accommodating when things were broken or malfunctioned. Overall it's a great place to stay for the price

Lexie is amazing she's always so helpful with my room and she's always so helpful getting me things under control the place is amazing with her and the GM Caitlin love staying here would recommend to anyone

No matter what time it is there is always someone that you can reach no matter if it's 3:00 in the morning or if it's 8:00 in the morning there is always someone available and they never have an attitude they always approach with a smile and make you feel welcome and make you feel a part of the family they try to make it as much like your home as possible and that's what drew me back to her again for the second time is because they make you feel like this is a home it's very quiet here I've never been in a motel setting that was this quiet and that is a place that welcomes pets and if you're a pet lover you definitely want to come here because they will give them treats and treat them like children and despite pets guess what it's still very clean there's no pet smell so even if you don't have pets it's still a great place to stay just for the way you get treated because most people are rude and nasty especially if it's out of normal hours to need something but not here you won't get that here highly recommended The girls are great here

The location could be better. The train is not what you want to hear at 3 am. The plumbing is not the best but the room is clean. The staff is pretty great. The most helpful was Ms Lexi at the front desk. She is very knowledgeable, professional and kind.i really appreciate how she explained things without talking down to me which i have experienced in other places. I’ve also seen Ms Lexi step into other roles here at the hotel to make sure things are nice here for the guests. My family and I stayed here for an extensive amount of time and I got a really good picture of the personalities of the staff. There is a good team here and it seems Ms Lexi is a fine example and leader.

I’ve been here a few months and this place is great! The staff is very nice and always offers you room service when it’s due. The laundry facility works great as well. The floors are always clean in the hallway. The GM always says hi to me. And Debbie the front desk lady is always so sweet and asks how I’m doing! When I’ve renewed my monthly stay she always makes sure I get the best price offered. I’ve received my mail here and never had a problem. They always make sure to store it safely away. Very trustworthy and kind staff. Room service cleaner always does a great job as well. I love the inside of the room. The tv is nice and the bed is super comfy!!

A tremendous hotel experience. Rooms were clean and well organized. Lena at the front desk made sure she accommodated not only me but everyone with every request small or big. Stayed there for a few days would definitely recommend everyone booking here. The cost efficiency is a bonus but even the community of people there are welcoming. If you have any doubts based off price you will be highly surprised how great of a stay you would have.
